Cancellations / Returnpolicy
CancellationsThe cancellation of an order is for free, as long as it has not been sent to you yet.
If you cancel the order after it was sent to you, you should refuse delivery of this package. If Gold's Gym shop has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you, after reception of the return. The shipping costs will be deducted from this refund amount.
Returns
You can return the items within the period of 7 working days, starting on the day of delivery, without specifying a reason of return. Exceptions are the products which were assembled specially for you. We will only accept the returned items if they are unused and in original packaging. For more information see Article 4. of our Terms and Conditions.
Would you like to return the entire order? Please return all received items to our address. Gold's Gym shop will refund the purchase price to you. The shipping costs will be deducted from this. The shipping costs for returning the order are to your account.
Even when returning a portion of your order, you still have to pay the shipping costs. The purchase price of the items you have returned will be refunded to you or you can choose to replace those items with another. You can think of a different size or an entirely different product. When you choose a replacement that is more expensive than the original product ordered, you must pay the difference at first before shipment would be made.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must have a return form enclosed. On this form you can specify whether you would like to exchange the item, or to receive the refund. The return form can be downloaded here or requested via e-mail.
We will need your bank account information, IBAN and BIC in order to process the refund. The refunds will be processed within 30 days.
